Murielle Derrey always loved to draw and paint. She likes to juxtapose colors, shapes, cutouts and matters. Her photographs work gave her a special way of looking at cities and people. She was influenced by the hyperrealism and the Pop Art. Her work is inspired by Edouard Hopper. She usually paints in acrylic on canvas and prefers large size works.
